What is better than a fine meal and scintillating discussion? Last week our activity and dining departments combined forces to create a special evening for many of our residents. Participants gathered in our Wriston Lounge where they were served shrimp cocktail, crusted salmon, wild rice, asparagus, and chocolate lava cake while participating in a conversation about music and dancing styles in the 1930’s and 1940’s.
