We are pleased to announce that the Arizona Department of Health awarded our assisted living department a deficiency-free rating during our most recent inspection. The state generally inspects assisted living facilities on a yearly basis; reviewing care, food services, housekeeping, record keeping, and any incidents that may have arisen during the past year.
